Information on the processing of personal data (GDPR) – online reservations

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Your full name, phone number, email address, date and time of the visit, number of guests and – if provided – notes to your reservation. For security reasons we also record the IP address from which the form was sent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your reservation – accepting, confirming, changing or cancelling it and contacting you about it (email, SMS, phone), including a visit reminder: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and its performance).
- Protecting the form against abuse (IP address) – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
4. Your data is used only for the reservation
We use your data solely to handle your reservation. We do not send advertising, sell your data or share it with other companies for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep data
Reservation data is deleted automatically 180 days after the date of the visit. Email correspondence related to the reservation is kept for no longer than 12 months.
6. Voluntary provision
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for an online reservation. You can also book by phone.
7. Automated decisions and cookies
We do not make automated decisions or profile you. The reservation form does not use tracking cookies.
